The MOBILI PASS: how it works?
The Mobili Pass is a tax called “1% du logement”. The expatriate receives a bonus to cover certain charges reliable to his change of residence. This allowance is accorded for the following fees:
- Relocation company fees
- Fees for leases, mortgages, attorneys, bailiffs etc
The amounts :
- 2 200 € VAT included maximum if the services “1% logement” of his company valid his demand
Whom it concerns?
Permanent employees of companies subjected to the tax and who are in “professional mobility” and have to change their residence
The professional mobility
- In case of professional transfer, even temporary within the same company
- A job in a new company
- A first job
The distance between the ancient and the new habitation has to be more than 75 km
Timing
The demand has to be submitted within 6 month maximum after the date of the transfer or the recruitment
Proceedings
The HR communicates the collector’s name of the “1% de logement” of his company to Premium Relocation
Premium Relocation takes care and assures the follow-up
- The fees of Premium Relocation are directly paid by the fond of the “1% de logement”
